Terms of Service

FoundGPT ("the service") measures how AI assistants answer buyer questions about websites you add, and generates reports, drafts, and recommendations. By creating an account or running a scan you agree to these terms.

Only scan websites you own or are authorised to analyse. Don't use the service to harass, spam, or misrepresent; outreach drafts are suggestions and you're responsible for what you actually send or publish. Automated scraping of the service, resale of its output as your own product, and attempts to bypass rate limits are not permitted.

Visibility results reflect what AI engines said at the time of the check and can change. Generated articles, drafts, and recommendations may contain errors — review everything before publishing. You own the content you generate for your own brand.

You're responsible for activity under your account. Usage is subject to fair-use limits (daily caps on scans, checks, and generations) which may change as the service evolves.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) that renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout in INR or USD. A free tier is available without payment.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period, then reverts to free. Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and abides by applicable Indian law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
