Cancellation & Refund Policy

About this policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to FoundGPT, operated by FoundGPT, E/422, A Block, Sonari, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. It is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

What you're billed for

FoundGPT is a subscription service billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Pricing is shown at checkout in your billing currency (INR for India, USD for international customers) and is inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. A free plan is available with no charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, or by emailing rajrahul18@gmail.com. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; it then stops renewing and your account reverts to the free plan. We do not charge any cancellation fee, and no further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will review a refund of that billing period. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Because every visibility check and content generation consumes paid AI-provider usage on our side, a refund may be reduced or declined where there has been substantial usage in the billing period (for example, many full checks or generated articles). We will always explain this clearly before deciding.

Annual plans cancelled mid-term are not automatically pro-rated, but you may email us and we will consider a fair partial refund for the unused portion in good faith.
