Privacy Policy

FoundGPT checks how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) answer buyer questions about your business, and gives you reports and content recommendations to improve that visibility.

Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, avatar, and language preference. We use this only to identify your account.

Website data. When you scan a website we fetch its publicly available pages to identify the brand, what it offers, and to generate buyer prompts. We only crawl public content.

Usage data. We store the scans, visibility checks, prompts, and reports you create so you can see trends over time.

Payment data. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. Your card or banking details are entered directly with the processor and are never stored on or transmitted through FoundGPT's own servers. We retain only a subscription identifier, your plan, billing currency, and renewal date so we can manage your account.

Website content and generated prompts are sent to AI providers (OpenAI and Google) to run visibility checks and produce recommendations. These providers process the content under their own API terms; we do not send them your account email or personal details.

We disclose data only to the parties needed to run the service: AI providers (OpenAI, Google) to generate results, our hosting infrastructure (Fly.io) to store it, and our payment processor to handle subscription billing. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or disclose it to any other third party except where required by law.

Data is stored on hosted infrastructure (Fly.io) with encryption in transit. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Only data belonging to your own account is ever shown to you.

You can ask us to export or delete your account and all associated data at any time — email rajrahul18@gmail.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

If this policy changes materially we'll update this page and the date above.
